We value the time of our clients and our staff, therefore the cancelation or rescheduling must be required within 24-hour

Dermalogica skincare products

Previous purchases of dermatological products from us are no refunds, and can be exchanged in case products are at fault. Please note that we only accept exchanges of equal or lower value that have been pre-approved by our customer service, the exchanges may be rejected if the product packaging has been opened
